Redstone Development is a buy and hold investor. We invest in single family and small multifamily properties and provide affordable housing options to a wide range of tenants in and near more expensive metro areas. Our main focus is to identify distressed properties in need of improvement. We purchase these properties, rehab them, and then rent them out on long-term leases. Our target investment markets offer strong cash flow opportunity along with the potential for equity growth due to tailwinds created by the larger metros that they are in proximity to.
