We are able to carry out all types of building survey including the suite of RICS surveys. We are also able to offer bespoke surveys to suit your particular requirements. We can advise on all aspects of Project Control, from planning, cost control, building regulations advice and work programming. We are also able to write specifications, and work schedules. We are able to put together a package of services for landlords and RTM companies to provide planned and reactive maintenance services and project management for those larger projects. Using our extensive knowledge of building materials and components and access to a range of specialist tools and equipment, we are able to provide independent surveys to diagnose building defects.
