Reed Community Partners, LLC is a fully-integrated Portland, Oregon-based developer of high-quality affordable multifamily housing. Working in markets from the west coast to the east coast to the deep south, we focus on urban areas with strong housing demand and a dramatic need for affordable housing. We specialize in partnering with states and municipalities to deploy private capital efficiently in twinned tax credit transactions. Financing generally includes a mix of Low Income Housing Tac Credits (LIHTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), state and federal Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits (HRTC/HTC), state and federal Brownfields, and local tax incentives and grants.
