Reem Re Limited ("Reem Re") Incorporated in March 2021 in the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM"), we intend to offer Retakaful (Shariah-compliant Reinsurance) solutions for enabling Sustainable Agriculture, Livelihood Protection, and Climate Resilience. Reem Re has received In-Principle Acceptance ("IPA") from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") to enter the RegLab "regulatory sandbox," with pending authorisation to perform Shari'a-compliant Regulated Activities, Effecting Contracts of Insurance and Carrying Out Contracts of Insurance as a reinsurer. Reem Re will start offering regulated financial services to FSRA approved market counterparties when it receives its Financial Services Permission ("FSP") from the FSRA.
