At ReEngage Northwest we specialise in building relationships with the hardest to reach students and helping them engage with education.
Our programme teaches students the self-care skills needed to manage their wellbeing and become more resilient in school and wider life. Our data shows that this results in huge improvements in attendance, behaviour and engagement.
We currently offer two main services:
- Attendance, Behaviour and Well-Being Coaching
Our sessions run once or twice per week, on school grounds, alongside lessons. They are bespoke to the needs of each individual student, so can therefore target improved attendance, engagement, behaviour or general well-being.
- Attendance Programme
Our short term attendance programme specialises in reaching students who are averaging 0-30% attendance.
Over 12-14 weeks, students aim to build towards a school return through small group sessions completed on school site and home tuition.
In our vast experience in working with non attenders, many show signs of SEN that is undiagnosed. If our coaches believe that a student shows signs of SEN, they will complete a referral to the Neurodevelopmental Pathway over the course of the school term.
