The Renewable Energy Engineering Students Association (REESA) at the University of Mines and Technology (UMaT) is a dynamic student-led organization committed to fostering innovation, capacity-building, and leadership in the renewable energy sector. Established to represent the interests of Renewable Energy Engineering students, REESA provides a platform for education, professional development, and advocacy on sustainable energy solutions. Our mission is to empower the next generation of energy leaders by equipping students with the technical knowledge, skills, and opportunities to address pressing global challenges, including climate change, energy poverty, and the clean energy transition. Through various programs, events, and partnerships, we aim to advance renewable energy technologies, promote sustainability, and drive impactful projects within and beyond Ghana.
