REFASHIOND CO:LAB - The Industrial Transformation Studio is the systems design, research, and management consulting arm of REFASHIOND Ventures: The Industrial Transformation Fund. We help organizations create enduring competitive advantage through Industrial Transformation and Supply Chain Innovation & Technology; We exist to bridge the gap between the BUILDERS & BUYERS of early-stage Industrial Transformation and Supply Chain Technology. We describe what we do as Industrial Systems Engineering & Transformation. Our approach to working with clients is highly bespoke and customized to the specific needs of the client; Our only goal is to position them to win, no matter what the future brings. We serve as the client’s interim or acting Chief Transformation Officer in-Residence. During that time, we build up the client’s organizational capacity through our work across the organization and its value chain. Eventually, we hand-off the reins to someone on the internal team, but we always remain available as an outside consiglieri to the board of directors and the c-suite.
