Reference Point is a full service land surveying firm started in June of 2017 and specializing in Boundary Surveys of all sizes, Topographic Surveys, Residential Lot Surveys, Subdivision Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, As-Built Surveys, FEMA Elevation Certificates, GPS Control Surveys and Route Surveys. We currently have one field crew utilizing a robotic total station instrument and GPS technology. We also have the ability to partner with other firms specializing in LiDAR mapping and underground utility locating.
David Bennett, R.L.S./Partner has 25 years of experience in land surveying. David began surveying with a small company in Hiram, GA and progressed to become a Project and Field Crew Manager with a large commercial surveying firm in Macon, GA, serving an extensive range of clients spanning the southeastern U.S.
Project experience includes small and large commercial developments, timberland and farm boundary surveys, topographic mapping, subdivision surveys, environmental surveys, utility mapping, solar site surveys, and housing developments.
