Reference Pro

The Labapro Group have been providing customised Labour Consulting, BEE, Health & Safety and Skills Development services since 2002. Based on experience as well as clients’ feedback, they identified the following challenges to HR’s ability to speedily identify and filter the most suitable candidates amongst applicants: - embellished CV’s, - one-sided references, and - short-cuts in reference checking. Labapro therefore initiated the development of “REFERENCE PRO,” a secure, web based reference logging and investigation system that has the potential to significantly reduce time wasted in the early phases of candidate filtering.
