We are a boutique Reformer Pilates studio situated in the heart of Hagley, Worcestershire. Our recently renovated studio boasts nine Align reformer machines and an array of props to enhance your experience. At Reformed, our aim is to provide an elevated experience from traditional Mat Pilates through carefully curated and innovative routines. Our team is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their fitness goals, irrespective of skill level by offering a wide range of adaptive classes. Each class is designed to encompass the Pilates principles, where focus is placed upon strengthening the body whilst improving overall flexibility and alignment. Reformed Studios believes in the transformative power of Pilates on both physical and mental wellbeing. Our instructors utilise ‘the breath’ during movement sequences and provide a calming, tranquil environment that promotes mindfulness.
