We are a group of mental health professionals dedicated to providing high-quality individual, group, and collective care, where respect, empathy, equity, and trust are our main values. We are firm believers in change, in the capacities and abilities of each human being to transform themselves, to enhance a version full of authenticity, fulfillment, and happiness. Additionally, we collaborate with educational institutions that wish to enhance the holistic development of their students through workshops or consultancy programs in areas such as emotional intelligence, socioemotional skills, prevention of sexual abuse, managing emotions and academic stress.
