REGAIN THERAPEUTICS is a neurobiotech startup that is based on original research discoveries and patent-pending technologies developed at Karolinska Institute in Sweden in collaboration with The University of Cincinnati in the US. Our mission is to advance meaningful, disease-modifying, evidence-based therapeutics for neurodegenerative diseases. Our vision is to make neurodegenerative diseases treatable and no longer terminal illnesses. Our technology is based on rethinking the mechanisms leading to neurodegeneration and completely redesigning the therapeutic approaches in order to replace and regain lost protein function rather than focusing only on protein aggregation.
