Our team provides a range of home care therapy services including: - Physiotherapy - Occupational Therapy - Podiatry We can provide services to individuals under a variety of different models including: - Home care package (HCP) - National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) - Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) - Short-Term Restorative Care (STRC) Programme - Transitional Care Package (TCP) Additional services: - Residential aged care (physiotherapy & podiatry) with understanding into ANACC (reablement) - Manual handling training - Vietnamese speaking therapist available to support the local Vietnamese community in South Australia.
