Regency Multifamily is a real estate company that has been in operation since 1974. With a successful track record of purchasing and developing over 15,000 apartments, we have established ourselves as experts in our field. In 2001, we sold most of our portfolio to a national REIT, which was a testament to the quality of our properties. Currently, Regency owns, manages, and develops over 4,000 apartments throughout the Midwest. Our focus is on Select Secondary and Tertiary Markets, which are stable, niche markets anchored by major universities, hospitals, and state government. These markets have consistently generated returns and are less susceptible to downturns in the national economy. We are an investor-owned company, governed by a Board of Managers and operated by a seasoned Executive and Leadership Team. We take pride in our ability to provide high-quality properties and excellent customer service to our tenants.
