ReGeneration is the largest nonprofit platform for early talent employment and training in Greece. Founded by Global Shapers Athens Hub, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, and powered by The Coca-Cola Company and The Hellenic Initiative, ReGeneration tackles youth unemployment, brain drain, and the skills gap through inclusive, high-quality paid placements and training.
We connect young graduates with top employers through a rigorous selection process, industry-driven academies, and tailored onboarding support.

We prepare early talent through a proven 4-step model:
1. Selection Excellence
100,000+ applicants to date. Only 8–10% are selected via game-based assessments and live interviews with 100+ business leaders.
2. Skill-Building with Impact
50 hours of soft skills and up to 250 hours of technical training in AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Coding, Sustainability, and more.
3. Career Placement
Candidates placed in top companies across Greece on paid contracts (€1,000+/month for at least 6 months).
4. Onboarding Support
Ongoing coaching and retention support for long-term success.
