So that we can have a sharper focus on our work/business, sleep better, and be more present with our friends, relationships, and family. And most important: to live life more fully. My goal is to positively impact entrepreneurs like you by helping you understand these fundaments needed to achieve and attain a healthy body and mind (and to look good at the same time). I will stand by your side and guide you with exercise, nutrition, and mindset conversations in which you can live a healthy lifestyle. I will teach you how to enjoy this healthy lifestyle by: ✅ Learning how to perform your exercises correctly at the gym and being time-efficiënt in your workouts. ✅ To be able to enjoy going to the gym instead of going through the motions watching the time on your watch/phone every minute by learning how to go hyperfocused comparable to active meditation. ✅ To know how to eat healthy without having to go on crash diets, without having to eat foods with horrible taste, and having cravings all the time. You can enjoy your healthy foods and choose what to eat. ✅ I will keep you accountable for reaching your goals through mindset conversations. We will dive deep into your subconscious programs responsible for keeping you, for example, stressed in certain situations in different asp. You will learn how to perform your exercises correctly at the gym and perform a workout in a time-efficient way. Acts of your life or beliefs that hold you back from positively changing your life.
