Regent Homes is a semi-custom homebuilder building detached single family homes between 2,500 – 3,500 sq ft and from $350,000 - $550,000. Our business is primarily focused in Delaware & Franklin county in the north and northwest portions of Columbus, Ohio. Our homes are all custom designs that incorporate Craftsman inspired exterior elevations and architecture. We strive to continually improve our product based on feedback from our customers before, during and after the sale, and we are diligent on new product development. We consistently deliver a high quality product with great attention to detail, included amenities and features. Where we stand out from our competitors is our process. Customers work directly with the Owner/President through the sales and design process which provides decisions on the spot and a direct line of communication straight to the top throughout the building process. It allows us to begin building the relationship and trust which carries through the entire building process.
