Regent Microfinance Bank Ltd is a corporate body under the laws of Nigeria, with the main business objective of providing quality banking services that are easily accessible to micro and small enterprises, economic groups and low-income individuals.
It was incorporated in July 2014 and commenced operations in November of the same year, and is wholly owned by private citizens from diverse professional and ethnic groups of Nigeria.
The Bank is totally committed to meeting this sector’s demand for financial services and in the process, making decent profits for the shareholders.
Regent Microfinance Bank currently has a fast growing customer base, made up of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), individuals, groups and civil servants who have benefited from Regent MFB loans and other value added services. The bank’s expansion is in progress. In due course with CBN approval we shall be opening branches across several locations in Abuja.
