Regional Programme - KAS PolDiSSA

Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) is a political foundation named after the first Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Konrad Adenauer (1876-1967). In accordance with the guidelines under European and International Cooperation, KAS promotes democracy, freedom and the rule of law, aligning with Germany's growing responsibility in the world. Globally, KAS has more than 78 offices and runs programs in over 100 countries; the Regional Programme – Political Dialogue for Sub-Saharan Africa (PolDiSSA) supports policy discussions and exchange between different regions and stakeholders across state institutions, political parties, civil society organizations and youth. PolDiSSA was specifically launched to strengthen political dialogue with and within Africa. Our programmes and initiatives include E-Lection Bridge Africa, the KAS School for Young Politicians (KASYP) and the African Policy Circle (APC), organised in collaboration with our partners.
