Regulatory Support Services

Regulatory Support Services assists our clients with keeping their businesses compliant with the law. We help our clients implement best practices which adhere to the laws and regulations promulgated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Labor, in addition to the state-specific board regulations and the state laws. We perform audits, provide on-site training and education, and design compliance-focused process and procedure documents. We currently work with businesses operating in the dental and medical industries, as well as those businesses operating in the death care industry - funeral homes, crematories, cemetery and vault businesses. We maintain a creed of professionalism and confidentiality in all services we provide to our clients. Our services also include conducting required annual safety training, and providing continuing education (CE) to meet the professional licensing requirements of each regulated industry in which our clients operate. Training classes are conducted live and are designed to meet the client's specific business goals. Training programs are regularly updated to ensure that clients receive the most current information. Regulatory Support Services frequently presents continuing education programs at industry conferences and is a known leader in compliance-related consulting.
