RegXchange is the Europe-wide KID distribution and MiFID II data exchange platform for structured products, OTC derivatives and funds. RegXchange is a free industry utility platform providing Key Information Documents (KIDs) and metadata, and facilitating the exchange of MiFID II information between sell-side and buy-side institutions. RegXchange features a wide range of manufacturers, enabling distributors to see which KIDs are available at any given time. Users can subscribe to lifecycle events, including corporate actions and barrier breaches. Additionally, RegXchange allows distributors to provide MiFID II feedback to manufacturers.
