Rehametrics is a digital care platform that enables healthcare professionals to deliver quantified rehabilitation across care settings. Rehametrics uses gamification, session personalization and real-time motion analysis to deliver care to individuals suffering from chronic health conditions and for active ageing. Our solution can be used on-premises (in hospitals and outpatient centers) or to prescribe to remote sites (homes or other health centers).
