The main aim of REHEATZ is to improve the economic and environmental sustainability of food production in Zambia by identifying opportunities to recycle waste heat from meat production. We hope that this will assist in both addressing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 13 to combat climate change and improve the sustainability and accessibility of meat in Zambia.
