REICO Investment Company Erste Asset Management, a.s. (REICO IS EAM) was established in 2006. Since 2024, it has been 100% owned by Erste Asset Management GmbH, which is part of the Austrian financial group Erste Group. For over 18 years, we have been among the leading providers of services in real estate investment, capital market investment instruments, and asset management in funds. In the Central European region (CE), we manage real estate assets worth more than 39 billion CZK (in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Slovakia, data as of December 2024). Our clients include both retail and significant institutional investors. Our core investment strategy is based on a balanced allocation into prime office, retail, high street and industrial assets located in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
