We focus on companies based in London with turnovers ranging from £900,000 to £10,000,000, meaning they are small enough to be and under the radar of most private equity firms and corporate buyers. We only explore transactions where the company is not actively for sale, but the current owners have an immediate pressing desire to improve or change their situations. We can create 'out of the box' solutions and deal structures in situations which are too complex, difficult and demanding for other investors or buyers.
