Reigate Business Guild

Reigate Business Guild was established in 1991 for the benefit of businesses based or operating in the RH2 postcode. The Guild enjoys the support of over 150 organisations from in and around Reigate town centre, ranging from micro, small, medium and large businesses as well as local schools, community groups and sports clubs. All of our members care about Reigate and its surroundings. We are a local, united, voluntary voice from within the business community, promoting commerce, safeguarding the environment, organising events and supporting activities and opportunities for the benefit of the town. The aims of Reigate Business Guild are: 1, To promote, enhance and protect the unique town of Reigate. 2. To promote Reigate as an attractive place to live, work and visit, now and in the future. 3. To raise the profile of the town to help it remain vibrant. 4. To encourage networking to promote business. The town is decorated at Christmas with street lights and trees, supplied and funded solely by the Guild at a cost of £15,000. The money is raised by subscriptions, fund-raising events and the generous donations made by local businesses. Our annual Christmas Fayre is usually held at the end of November or the beginning of December. This is located in Church Street and Tunnel Road and comprises a mix of food and artisan craft stalls. Street entertainment is provided to add to the atmosphere of the event. Free parking is also provided by Reigate & Banstead Council. The above is just a taster of the work of Reigate Business Guild.
