ReImagining the Workplace

Jessica Cherry founded ReImagining the Workplace in 2023 because she believes that thriving workplaces, where people are empowered to do meaningful work that fuels their passions, play a vital role in shaping a brighter, more hopeful future. At the ReImagination Cafe, we have inspirational conversations with people who are reimagining work. We are best know for our ReImagining the Workplace podcast, where Jessica has in-depth conversations with people who are reimagining work through the lens of their own experiences. We also publish written interviews that offer the same kind of deep insights, but in a different format. Both are rooted in storytelling, and hold space for richer, more textured exchanges that rarely show up on social platforms.
