Reiner Communities, LP was formed in 2003 as Bentall Residential, LLC to acquire, renovate and operate multifamily properties in the United States. Our heritage includes an affiliation with Bentall Kennedy, one of North America's largest real estate investment advisors with over $15.6 Billion in assets under management. In 2006, the company was restructured into a free standing limited partnership which includes Ken Reiner as General Partner and the managing principals of Bentall Kennedy as limited partners. The partners of Reiner Communities bring a wealth of real estate experience to each project. Reiner Communities is known for integrity, innovation and results.
