REiN UK

REiN UK is a grassroots, action oriented coalition dedicated to the elimination of barriers that disallow ethnic communities, including communities of colour from thriving in the nuclear sector. Comprised of individuals who work in nuclear, the group fosters a safe community of race and ethnicity diversity that breeds opportunity to challenge, change and grow at an individual and corporate level. REiN has aspirations of being the foremost consultant augmenting corporate actions to progress racial and ethnicity equity in the workplace. The group will provide benchmarking opportunity and personalised guidance on best practice, whilst individual members a community and opportunity to learn tactics to subsist and develop.
