REIO – Real Estate Investment Opportunities is a Luxemburg securization company that focuses on purchasing tenanted income-generating real estate assets. The company raises funds by issuing debt securities (participating bonds) whose returns depend exclusively on the constant cash flow generated by renting, managing and reselling tenanted properties. REIO sets up specific compartments with separate patrimonies, both for the assets they contain and the corresponding liabilities in the form of debt securities. The "Lincoln" compartment aims to increase subscribers' patrimony by purchasing tenanted investment properties with an annual return of 6% NET for investors, of which 3.5% GUARANTEED, as well as generating a capital gain on the invested capital by reselling the properties before closing the compartment at the end of the 9th year.
