REIUS is a Belgian based law firm, with a focus on real estate. We have a vast experience in real estate matters and can assist our clients with all types of real estate transactions: sales/acquisitions of both real estate assets and property companies, structuring of real estate projects, transfer or constitution of rights in rem, construction projects, lease and occupational agreements, etc. REIUS also offers dispute resolution services, including litigation in real estate matters, general contract law, civil liability and/or insurance disputes. Our firm’s practice deals with all types of assets (offices, retail, logistics and residential). Our clients are both Belgian and international and include inter alia real estate developers, investors, contractors, engineering and design offices, architects, suppliers, real estate agents. We assist our clients in the development of their real estate projects both in Belgium and Luxembourg.
