This study appears as a union of two friends who crossed our ideas after completing the degrees and going through various professional fields... we decided to test the form and result of working together in a public housing competition in Cazorla, which was organized in 2006 A system of housing units was designed that generated social relationships between neighbors in a common space or plaza at street level. The motto of the delivery was RELATIO. We did not win the contest... but we obtained a desired and exciting reward. We believe in the balance between design architecture and functionality adapted to the client, always promoting contact between the parties to ensure that the project progresses positively on all fronts, so that involvement is maximum. We believe that absolute control over the developed project is essential for it to materialize in the work, where regular and constant presence is basic to the final result.
