Relative Care is a home care agency that provides non-medical services to older adults and those with chronic illness. We can assist your family member with activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) so that they can continue living longer in their home and enjoy the highest quality of life possible. Relative Care’s well qualified staff includes Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Companion Aides who are fully screened, insured, and bonded. The caregivers work in conjunction with our Nursing Supervisor and Geriatric Case Manager to follow the individualized Care Plans we create based on thorough evaluations of each client. Our personal care and home support services have no set time limits. They also include assistance for those suffering from Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
