ReLawnch is an initiative by Vahura to foster inclusive office environments and spread diversity in the workforce of organisations. ReLawnch works with professionals looking to relaunch their careers after a period of time away from work spent with their families or recuperating their health or resolving other priorities. We recognize the unique value that ReLawnchers bring to the workforce. We wish to collaborate with employers and ReLawnchers to create a more conducive environment for professionals to attain work life harmony. We aim to create customized and workable returnship programs, assist in formulating organizational policies and practices to bring about the same and aid the development of flexible work models, enabling more and more legal professionals to return to work.
