Our head office is based in Gqeberha and with operational bases in Gqeberha & Kariega (Nelson Mandela Bay), Graaff-Reinet & Cradock. Registered as an Advanced Life Support practice with the Board of Health Care Funders (BHF), and our staff registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA). The Relay EMS team consists of only qualified emergency care staff, comprising Advanced Life Support (ALS), Intermediate Life Support (ILS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Through our centralised emergency number, our EOC manages multiple calls each day. We provide you with confidence and peace of mind, knowing that your emergency call is in our capable hands. With our vehicles are equipped with and monitored by live tracking and computer-aided dispatching. Our EOC will dispatch the closest vehicle and crew to your location.
