RNS is a Proud Second Chance Employer. We hire individuals that have difficulty finding employment, & have limited/no access to technical training & educational opportunities due to issues such as underprivileged circumstances, past mistakes, lack of finances, etc. We hire, train, & educate anyone that wants to learn. I provide them with the tools and resources required to complete the work. I provide 1/1 training in person, on the job training, & study materials to assist the individual in obtaining their A+ or CCNA certification. We also assist them with obtaining their GED if needed. Our e-commerce platforms, direct sales, monthly raffles, and donations provide the funding required to help these individuals & purchase their tools, laptop, etc. and to pay for the cert exams. We provide all levels of services for both home and business users from Computer installation and maintenance, printer repair (including large plotter printers), cable installation (ethernet, fiber, and coax), up to advanced network engineering and project management services. We offer monthly device and network monitoring contracts, service contracts, prepaid technician hours at a reduced rate, and more. No job is too small or too large for our team. Our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are able to obtain the technical services that they need, regardless of their budgetary limitations. We specialize in the ability to take on difficult tasks, multitask, work in high pressure environments, troubleshoot vital issues efficiently, and prioritize large workloads.
