Reliefchefs.ie was set up by Austin Lawrence in 2013 and the team has grown to over 50 chefs nationwide. Austin has worked all over Ireland as an Executive Head Chef along with our senior recruitment consultant Kieran O'Dwyer. They have a combined total of 40 years of chef experience giving them a great knowledge of what the industry is looking for. We supply Commis, Chef de Parties, Sous Chefs and Head Chefs for full-time roles. We also have a team of Sous and Head Chefs providing relief services for hotels, restaurants and corporate environments.
