Relief, Inc. is a Charity/Non-profit/Non-Governmental Organization established in 2003 as a “bringer of Hope” to those struggling with poverty. At Relief, Inc., our mission is to improve the lives of people worldwide, liberating individuals who feel trapped and hopeless. Through our work in Liberia, West Africa, and local communities in Northern California, we mobilize the international community to make a lasting impact. We are dedicated to ministering to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of every man, woman, and child needing help. Our vision is to create a world where freedom, equality, and resilience are the cornerstones of society. We envision a future where individuals are not bound by circumstances but have the resources and support to lead fulfilling lives. Through our relentless efforts, we aim to break down barriers, foster compassion, and inspire positive change. By uniting humanity and harnessing collective action, we envision a world where every person has the opportunity to realize their full potential. ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS: - The Orphans Art Program allows orphans to use their artwork to help themselves. By transferring the orphans' art onto sellable products such as socks, scarves, and T-shirts, these orphans gain the opportunity to build their self-esteem and break their chain of poverty. - The Women of Worth -(WOW) program allows women to volunteer in their community and weave fabrics from cotton that may be sold on the market or sewn into clothing to support themselves, help their community, and gain financial independence. - The Our Daily Bread program feeds the hungry and helps alleviate one of the symptoms of poverty: hunger.
