At Remarkable Minds, we create emotionally safe spaces for neurodiverse women to feel seen, supported, and strong. Founded by Becky Smith and Vanessa Victor, we specialise in helping professional women with ADHD, dyslexia, and other forms of neurodivergence navigate burnout, boundaries, and belonging - with confidence and calm. Our work is grounded in lived experience, psychological insight, and practical tools that honour how your brain really works. Our two signature offers: Resilient Minds - A powerful small-group coaching programme for neurodiverse women to recover from burnout, rebuild identity, and thrive emotionally and professionally. The Remarkable Society - A peer-based community where neurodivergent women connect, learn, and grow - without judgement, comparison, or masking. We also work with values-driven organisations to foster neuroinclusive workplaces and support HR leaders with tools to retain and empower diverse talent.
