Normal cheese has a very high climate footprint. The demand for vegan cheese is growing strongly, but most products are imported and of low quality with a high content of bad oils and lots of additives.
Remember Tomorrow has developed a plant-based alternative to cheese made from sunflower seeds and oat milk with a low climate imprint. We have developed a number of cheeses which, on the same basic recipe, cover demand a.o. a firm gouda type, a mozzarella and a cream cheese.
