Our story starts in 1783 from the banks of Loch Tay,on a small farm called Remony, where Alexander Macnaughton had an idea that would transform his life and the local community. By working with the nearby farms and spinning fleeces from the local sheep, he was able to create quality wool blankets that were second to none. Now over two centuries later, we continue his legacy of superior textile production from our Scottish Highlands mill.
