Remote Yoga

Remote Yoga was created during the COVID 19 lockdown period when many people made the abrupt transition to working from home. Slouching, sitting too long and relying upon a laptop screen put physical stress on our body that we may not notice but will definitely feel later. For this reason, I felt the need to create an environment where people could access Yoga & Qigong classes based in Calligraphy Health System regardless of their location.
