Renavis was established in August 2024 and provides advisory and brokerage services for commercial real estate users in Lodz and the surrounding areas. The company’s name is an acronym for Real Estate Navis (“Navis” – Latin for “Łódź”).
We offer comprehensive support in the lease, sale and purchase of commercial properties: office, warehouse and manufacturing. We help companies looking for the best location for their business and owners who want to rent or sell their property efficiently.
The founder and CEO of Renavis is Marcin Wlodarczyk, a licensed real estate agent with over 20 years of experience in the commercial market, holder of the CCIM title. From 2015 to 2024, he headed the Łódź branch of Colliers Poland. He served more than 60 companies in more than 100 transactions, where he personally led or supervised lease projects totaling more than 120,000 sq.m. of space. He has worked with the largest and most important companies in the modern business services sector in Łódź (BPO, SSC, ITO, RD).
Between 2006 and 2013, he headed the Department of Investor Services at the Łódź Special Economic Zone SA and, as responsible for the purchase and sale of real estate, carried out dozens of transactions for the purchase and sale of industrial real estate – investment land with a total area of more than 40 hectares, located throughout the province of Łódź.
He serves clients in Polish, English and French. In 2005, he completed postgraduate studies in “Real estate brokerage” at the Faculty of Law of Warsaw University and defended his thesis on the ethical principles of the real estate agent profession. In 2005, he obtained broker’s license No. 9281.
