RenColl was founded by Adama Lorna for women with multiple passions and skills. After years of sharing content on YouTube and receiving thousands of comments from people around the world, it became clear that a largely underserved group existed- those who had been made to feel like a problem simply because of their diverse interests and talents. This collective is for all of us who don’t fit the mould, who are "doing too much". RenColl is a community dedicated to inspiring and empowering a renaissance approach to skill-building, careers, business, and creativity.
