Our goal is a simple one: to distil and mature the most profound rum the world has ever seen. Drawing on our experience from both the Scotch and Irish whisky and wine worlds, the new-build Renegade Rum Distillery and mill, near Pearl, will be modern, efficient and environmentally sound.
We have extensive experience, we take our responsibilities very seriously. Using the latest techniques and equipment, together with an innovative, industry-challenging philosophy, we believe this is a landmark rum project that will ‘raise the bar’ worldwide. But patience is needed for Renegade Rum’s distillate will be matured in oak barrels for a few years before being brought to market around 2021.
