Dominique Litmaath, Founder and President of Reneris, has worked for over twenty-five years across a broad spectrum of sectors with Fortune 500 organizations as well as small-to-medium size enterprises and non-profit organizations. Her professional experience is focused on the critical alignment of organizational strategies with all aspects of operations to achieve engagement, productivity and results. Dominique started her career as a corporate management trainee with Hilton Hotels. She was a managing consultant at the global consulting firm Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson), held a management position at Robert Half International and opened the U.S. office for Optimus Medina Riley Corp. She founded Reneris in 2015. Dominique is deeply engaged in venture philanthropy, has co-founded a non-profit organization and has served on several non-profit boards. She is multi-lingual and has worked, lived and traveled extensively outside of North America. Dominique holds an MBA, Strategy & Marketing from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BS, Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management from Oregon State University.
