Renew Adelaide, a not-for-profit organisation established in 2010, activates vacant commercial spaces with unique and emerging ventures. We create property opportunities for emerging businesses, and restore vibrancy in precincts with high vacancies.
This means ventures can test their concept in a rent-free location without committing to a long-term lease, and property owners can showcase their space’s potential to the market.
With the help of our partners, we equip these ventures with the tools they need to start launch, from fit-outs and financial planning to marketing and events.
