Renew Personal Training

Renew Personal Training is a private personal training studio located in Newmarket Ontario. Renew has 3 university educated trainers that operate in the facility. The facility consists of a 1400 sq ft. exercise floor, private change room, shower, private consultation room, cardiovascular machines, resistance machines, free weights and exercise area. Renew offers 1-on-1 personal training, small groups, and large group classes. Renew specializes in personal training, youth training, and athlete development. Renew's staff is dedicated to helping its client create both short term and long term goals, and are committed to assisting the client meet and maintain those goals. Renew's staff genuinely care about the health and wellness of each client which is why they will sit down and create a program that works with whatever the client's lifestyle allows.
