Jones Act marine logistic solutions: - Participate in venture to design, construct, market and operate Jones Act compliant marine logistic solutions for offshore wind farm installation, in partnership with US private equity, global EPCI vessel operation, European design firms and the US oil & gas industry. - Risk mitigated installation and operation planning, aligned with port conditions, bridge limitations and supply chain opportunities. Strategic supply chain and port infrastructure: - Structure project operations and facilitate global supply chain partnerships with the objective to identify synergetic scope, optimize local/global content, align stakeholders and pair complementing industries. - Evaluate sourcing concepts and industrial base requirements in context of achievable port infrastructure and vessel strategy. - Facilitate market access for proven offshore wind supplier and support market entry planning. US offshore wind farm development: - US market analysis, market entry concepts, localization strategies, roadmap planning and execution. - Support for federal lease area auctions, interconnection planning, offtake agreement bidding and permitting. Offshore wind strategic planning and economic / environmental benefits evaluation on behalf of US States: - Offshore wind strategic planning, target & incentive setting, developing supply chain roadmaps, local content strategies and port/infrastructure planning. - Levelized cost of energy consideration, cost reduction, reaching scale through Americanization and energy mix benchmarking. - Port & industrial base anchor tenant strategies, local stakeholder outreach and workforce development.
