Renewtec is a renewable energy technology and engineering company, which is part of Al Hamad Group of Companies. The company is currently specialized in designing and building solar power stations and solar PV systems for villas, factories, and buildings. Renewtec is also actively researching and developing renewable energy technologies. Some of the current research areas of the company includes: * Building and testing solar villas, with reliable and efficient designs, that comprise PV systems, solar thermal systems, adsorption chillers, insulation technologies, glazing technologies and other technologies. * Designing and installing reliable and feasible solar power systems for buildings. * Testing and developing a patented solar adsorption technology. * Testing new ideas for energy conversion, which includes thermionic energy conversion from carbon based materials, such as CVD diamond, carbon nanotubes, and graphene.
